General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the official online store of Clermont Foot 63. Any purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Seller

3. Products

The products offered are those listed on the site at the time of the order. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only. Clermont Foot 63 reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation. Clermont Foot 63 reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with products billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

The order is confirmed after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Clermont Foot 63 reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or fraudulent payment.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the site. Transactions are secured by our payment service provider.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is handled by our partner carriers. In case of delay, Clermont Foot 63 cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns and refunds

For any return, contact us at [email@clermontfoot.com] specifying your order number. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product, in its original condition.

10. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

11. Liability

Clermont Foot 63 cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of products purchased from the store.

12. Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Clermont-Ferrand will be seized. You may also use mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law.
